🔁 4. Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to have the best shopping experience with Black Guard. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping, but if an issue arises, our replacement policy ensures your satisfaction.

1. No Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect.
Please check your order details carefully before placing an order.

2. Replacement for Damaged Products

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Email us at blackguard225@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number, clear photos, or video evidence of the damage.

  • After verification, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.

3. Conditions for Replacement

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
If you wish to cancel before dispatch, email us immediately at blackguard225@gmail.com.

5. Refunds

Refunds are not offered. Only replacements are issued for verified damaged products.

6. If Not Delivered (Only For Prepaid Orders)

For prepaid orders, if the package cannot be delivered due to any issue from the delivery partner, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 3–7 working days.
